We are having trouble with the shipping from China. At the moment our shipment is delayed for 25 days. This is very long, the company we use every day promises to send the cargo, but never does. We are looking for another company which provides similar services.

25 days, that's a huge amount of downtime, I can imagine how much each day of downtime costs you. Definitely need to change the company you are using now.
